Stick Sports are seeking an Advertising Operations Executive to join our London office (Shoreditch) to work on our mobile and online inventory, dealing with ad networks, agencies, and ad serving platforms to optimise revenues across our published titles.

Stick Sports Ltd is a fast growing indie studio specialising in casual sports games for web and mobile. We’ve already enjoyed top 10 successes with Stick Tennis and Stick Cricket by combining simple, fast gameplay with fun and quirky graphics. We were shortlisted at the TIGA awards for Visual and Game Design, and our games have enjoyed over a billion game plays from over 100 million users worldwide. We are now looking to expand our portfolio of games with new sports and new game models in social, mobile and web.

Having already gained 2-3 years experience in trafficking or ad operations within a network, agency or publisher environment, you must be familiar with ad serving/mediation technologies, be capable of setting up and monitoring campaigns with complex targeting, and have sufficient HTML and JavaScript experience to manage ad tags.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Trafficking and reporting of complex rich media campaigns across web and mobile inventory
- Managing relationships with ad networks to optimise revenue
- Sourcing new ad networks and advertising revenues.
- Implementing monitoring and reporting to senior management

You will need to have excellent communications skills, an analytical and commercial understanding of the ad network environment and the Excel skills to perform your role.
