The Role: We are looking for a talented and creative web designer to join the Investor Relations (IR) division of Morningstar. As a web designer you will be expected to provide exciting, creative, and successful designs primarily for corporate websites. Morningstar IR clients include 40% of the FTSE 100. Please note there is no requirement for coding or web development. This position is based in our London office.

The Team: Morningstar`s Investor Relations team provide full corporate websites, online reports, and a suite of online data and tools to listed companies.

Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with the Head of Design, Senior Designer and Sales team at the onset of a new business pitches in order to assess client requirements and translate those into exciting and innovative web designs.
+ Provide the development team with: high quality designs in PSD format, style guides detailing all elements of the web design, along with optimised images and graphical elements.
+ Participate in internal design meetings and contribute to regular reviews of design standards and output of the web development team.

Requirements
+ A bachelor`s degree or equivalent in design.
+ The ability to communicate creative ideas clearly and succinctly.
+ Highly knowledgeable of the latest web standards and best practices, accessibility requirements, usability guidelines, and web technologies.
+ Excellent typographic skills and a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of design along with an awareness of the different design requirements and expectations of clients and users in the UK and the US.
+ Ability to work well within a team, meet tight deadlines, and manage work load effectively.
+ Proficiency in using the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite.
+ Experience in using iWork would be beneficial.
