Skills & Experience:
Past experience working in a customer facing/support role
Friendly, fair, committed, empathetic, and outgoing
Understanding of platforms like Twitter & Facebook
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail
The usual office skills
Working hours are flexible - although some late working will be involved to give support to our customers on the other side of the world.
We're ideally looking for someone who has worked in customer services before, but we're willing to work with the right person, whatever their experience, if they have a passion for helping customers and our product.
