Yoyo is a marketing engine for modern retailers, powered by in-store mobile payments. Designed for both consumer and retailer, Yoyo is the digital bridge that makes mobile relevant for in-store retail. Yoyo is being created by some of the best people from Visa, PayPal, Barclaycard, Zopa, OB10 and others. Currently we are looking for an experienced and hands on Senior QA to join our small, but well-funded team based in London.
You will be responsible for the implementation and execution of quality, test and acceptance processes. Our aspiration is for quality to be a key consideration at every point of the software lifecycle, from design, through development, test and acceptance, to production and operations. You will work closely with our technology, development, product and operations teams to ensure security, functionality, availability and reliability are baked in to our products and systems.
5 years experience:
Implementing software quality, test and acceptance processes
Test Driven Development - Unit testing
Functional / product tests
Testing automation tools
Test planning, test case design and test progress reporting
Agile development – we use Scrum
Mobile (iOS, Android)
Python, Django or similar, RESTful JSON APIs,
Git, Travis CI, Puppet
AWS-based platforms and infrastructure
Highly available, 24x7, transactional systems
To make the case for process and its contribution to quality
Strength of character required to ensure compliance with processes
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile startup environment.
A great working environment in Clerkenwell, Central London.
Negotiable salary based on experience.
