Key Responsibilities
- Help support the development of best in class online products.
- Act as the internal web manager for day to day tasks. This will include adding blog posts, images & videos, as well as identifying & fixing broken links and implementing SEO changes
- Monitor and report online marketing channels eg PPC, SEO Social Media and Display activity. This would include position monitoring and campaign ROI
- Liaise with and manage key stakeholders, in particular third party agencies
- Be an Internal evangelist for all things digital
- Idea generation for partnerships, marketing creative and how to improve ROI

Search Engine Optimisation
- Keyword research for both short and long tail terms, to deliver relevant users to the site. Consideration of international market places is key
- Analyse the online market place to identify opportunities for THC
- Proactively engage in link-building efforts
- Implement on-page optimisation
- Monitor PR and online mentions to identify partnership & link-building opportunities

Social Media
- Manage on a daily basis our social media activity. From Facebook to LinkedIn, you will help to build & engage our audience across the web
- Forward specific queries to internal specialists in a timely fashion, to ensure questions are answered as soon as possible
- Proactively seek out online conversations, where relevant information can be provided to help the user and improve our online presence & brand trust
- Liaise with all staff to encourage involvement and quality of content posted across social platforms

- Degree/Diploma in relevant area
- 2+ years’ previous hands on experience in an online marketing role
- Experience using Wordpress and HTML
- A flexible approach to adjust in a fast changing environment
- Proactive with attention to detail and ability to present information clearly, logically and accurately
- Experience of luxury brands preferred
