European Country Manager


The Country Manager role is a critical position; you will be directly responsible for the development and growth of our business in our core European regions. You'll be building our business in your region from the very beginning, and will be responsible for making it a thriving business by the end of the year.

We’re looking to hire Country Managers across the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and other European countries.


We're looking to hire hands-on hustlers who can inspire teams and build our business from the bottom up. As a team, we love metrics and analytics, so a longstanding relationship with numbers is essential, and a background from entrepreneurship, finance or consulting is helpful. This job is incredibly rewarding for the unique individual capable of coupling analytics with creativity and operational output. *Manage the performance of several markets in the region
*Acquire customer and service providers in each market
*Represent Homejoy in your region at local events with PR
*Launch local marketing campaigns to grow our client base
*Scale other cities through developing and sharing best practices
*Continue to grow revenues and cleanings!


*BA/BS in Economics, Business, Engineering or other degree from a top tier university
*Minimum 2 years of banking, consulting, entrepreneurship or related experience; P&L experience a plus
*Thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
*Strong communication, organization and project management skills
*Love traveling: you’ll be traveling between cities in your region up to 75% of the time
*Assertive and have a strong drive to develop those around you
*Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility and accountability
*Comfort with high visibility in the Homejoy community
