Sportlobster is a fast growing internet start-up, looking for a dynamic individual to join the team. An accounting background is a must.

Producing monthly management accounts, reconciling quarterly VAT returns, liaising with tax accountants and auditors, preparing annual budgets, undertaking monthly payroll and managing the SAGE system – this is a varied role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle many balls at once. You will also be in charge of the monthly payroll.

Other day to day duties will include; HR support, the control of company’s correspondence and administrative obligations, the management of building leases, maintenance issues and the overall daily running of the office.

PA duties to the CEO & COO including managing Calendar, travel, taking minutes etc.

Due to the confidential nature of their client base and traditional set up of the company, the position would be well suitedto an impeccable organiser with strong communication capabilities and immaculate attention to detail.
